Human Queue Training · for RAV offices and course providers
AI agents propose. People decide.
More and more companies let AI agents prepare refunds, invoices, subscriptions and payment links, or look after their website, domains and security settings. Someone has to decide which of those should really happen. Human Queue Training practises exactly that: online, at your own pace, with an exam and a certificate, in two courses.

Certificate “Certified AI Agent Supervisor · Payments & Billing”
You give your job seekers a link. They practise online in one or both courses, finish with the exam and, if they pass, receive the certificate without paying for it themselves.
You see totals only
How many people joined, started, passed and got a certificate, and only once at least 5 people have joined. No names, no email addresses, no answers. The RAV also decides on benefits, so here it deliberately sees group totals only.
One link per RAV or cohort
Each group gets its own join link and its own dashboard, with as many seats as needed. Before joining, job seekers read exactly what you will see.
Certificate included
Everyone who passes an exam gets the certificate “Certified AI Agent Supervisor · Payments & Billing” or “… · Web & Security” straight away, with a verification page, a PDF and a LinkedIn entry.
Start with a pilot project: 3 months, up to 500 job seekers, both courses included, with an evaluation at the end.
Then a licence for all job seekers in the canton, with both courses and, if you wish, more topics as they become available.
Not a general AI course: job seekers practise supervising AI agents that prepare payments, refunds and invoices or look after a website and its security settings.
Add “Supervising AI agents” to courses you already run, for example job-application, career-strategy or IT courses: Payments & Billing suits commercial courses, Web & Security IT and web courses. Your participants practise online; in the dashboard you see how far they've got or, if you prefer, totals only (we set this up at the start). Before joining, participants read exactly what you will see.
The exam and the certificate open to everyone soon. When they do, you'll find the steps for applying through your RAV here, and you can create your quote.
You can use the training for free today. If you'd like the RAV to cover the cost later, talk to your RAV adviser first.
The training and the exam are free, in both courses. If you pass, the certificate costs $29 per course. Your RAV can cover this as an individual course (“individueller Kurs”); for the application, convert an amount in a foreign currency into Swiss francs.
Talk to your RAV adviser. Take the description of the course you chose and your quote (below) with you.
Submit the application: no later than 10 calendar days before the course starts (some cantons, e.g. Zürich, also only accept it from 3 months before). Each canton has its own form; in Zürich it is called “Gesuch für einen individuellen Kurs”. Ask your RAV which one to use.
Only start after the written approval to attend the course. If you start or pay before it, you risk paying the costs yourself.
After passing the exam, pay for the certificate online ($29). The certificate can only be paid online by card, so you pay it yourself first; the receipt comes by email. Submit the receipt as your RAV instructs, within 3 months of the end of the month in which you paid.
Keep up your job search. If you find a job, you generally continue the course until you start work; discuss this with your RAV adviser.
The RAV decides whether the costs are covered. The conditions include being entitled to unemployment insurance benefits and the course clearly improving your chances of finding a job. We can't promise that the costs will be covered. You only pay if you pass; if the RAV says no, there is nothing to pay.
Your quote
Your details stay in your browser: the quote is created here on your device, and we store none of it. RAV forms are in the canton's language; you can also print this quote in German or French.
Content
What participants practise.
In both courses an AI agent works for a company that participants name themselves: in one it handles the billing, in the other it looks after the website and the Cloudflare account. It makes proposals; they approve, choose the better option or deny. After each decision they see what the proposal really was, what a wrong decision would have cost and how the system behind it works.
Checking proposals: what exactly happens, for what amount or on which website, to whom, and can it be undone?
Spotting traps: redirected invoices, false urgency, fake support emails, access that's too wide, refunds with no basis, manipulated agents.
Weighing it up: looking closer where it's needed, without blocking real work.

Exam, for each course: 20 new scenarios from a non-public pool of 40, with no time limit. Passed with at least 16 best decisions and at most one harmful wrong decision. The certificate is a humanqueue provider certificate, not an accredited qualification, and it doesn't expire. Practice scenarios modelled on Stripe and on Cloudflare, with made-up companies and data; humanqueue is not affiliated with or endorsed by Stripe or Cloudflare.
