The certificate

  • A public page anyone can use to check it
  • A PDF and an Add to LinkedIn link
  • No expiry date
  • Issued by Goldcote Ltd. A provider certificate, not an accredited qualification.

The training is free. The certificate costs $29, once, and only if you pass.

Four moves. Your call.

Every scenario is a real request from an AI agent, written up the way a well-built tool would show it to you: what would happen, the exact action, and the agent's own words. You choose one of four moves.

Approve

Let it through as proposed. Most requests are fine, and blocking real work has a cost too.

The other option

Approve the agent's other option instead, when it offers one. Sometimes that's the right call; sometimes it's a trap.

Deny

Stop it. Nothing happens, and the agent can try again with a better proposal.

Deny and block

Level 3 only. Stop it and switch the agent off: for an agent that's been manipulated, not one that's just clumsy.

Through your employer or the RAV.

Questions

What is a Certified AI Agent Supervisor?

Someone who has shown, in an exam, that they can decide which of an AI agent's proposed actions should happen: approve the routine ones, take the safer option when there is one, deny the harmful ones, and stop an agent that has been manipulated.

Which course should I take?

The one for the platform you work with: Payments & Billing (modelled on Stripe) for finance and billing, Web & Security (modelled on Cloudflare) for websites and IT, Code & Repositories (modelled on GitHub) for code. Each has its own exam and certificate.

Is the certificate accredited?

No. It's a provider certificate issued by Goldcote Ltd. It says exactly what you passed, and it doesn't expire.

How do people check my certificate?

Every certificate has a code and a public page that shows the name, the course and the date. Share the page or the PDF, or add it to LinkedIn.

Can my employer or the RAV pay?

Yes. Organisations can give their people a join link and pay the certificates. In Switzerland, the RAV can cover the certificate as an individual course.
